All purchases are non-refundable. Client agrees all sales are final after purchase & Client agrees they will not contact their credit card company regarding cancellation. Client agrees to not contact their credit card company, bank, or payment processor regarding cancellation, or stop payment.
Client agrees to make all payments within their payment plan, and may be subject to penalty or collections for failure to pay.

By purchasing, you, the client acknowledges that all advice, mindset, spiritual, emotional, mental, energetic, physical, leadership & business support, and coaching is not professional mental health care, medical care, or legal support. Client agrees that if they feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with their ability to function, they will seek professional counselors and professional medical help. Client agrees to seek legal support from appropriate channels.

Coaching and/or healing may augment therapy, but the work of coaching and/or healing is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed. The client agrees that they are solely responsible for their health, safety and security and agree to take all advice, coaching and support from AB at their own risk.
The Client hereby agrees to release, waive, acquit and forever discharge the Company, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages the Client may claim to have or that the Client may have arising out of acts or omissions by The Client or by The Company as a result of the advice given by the Company or otherwise resulting from the coaching and business relationship contemplated by this agreement.

The Client further declares and represents that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to the Client to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind the Client’s heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
